PATH says goodbye to a dear friend. Over the weekend of July 15, 2006, Ms Joan Welch, our Assistant Director, passed away. No details are available as of yet regarding her passing.

Joan was fundamental in the establishment of PATH after AOL let the service go, and was deeply involved in just about every aspect of the Organization. She was loved by all who knew her.
